联合应用尿液干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法进行白细胞检验的临床价值分析

摘要 探究联合应用尿液干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法进行白细胞检验的价值。选取2022年1月—2022年12月平果市妇幼保健院收治的120例需做尿液白细胞检验的患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将患者分为两组(对照组采用尿液干化学法,观察组联合应用尿液干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法),每组各60例。对比分析两组漏诊率、误诊率、错误率、阳性及阴性检出率。结果显示,观察组漏诊率、误诊率、错误率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组阳性检出率和阴性检出率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究发现,在对白细胞进行检验时,采用尿液干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法联合诊断,可显著减少漏诊、误诊病例,诊断价值高,可推广。 Explore the value of combining urine dry chemistry method and urine sediment microscopy method for white blood cell testing.A total of 120 patients admitted to Pingguo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 who required urine white blood cell testing were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method(the control group used urine dry chemistry method,while the observation group used a combination of urine dry chemistry method and urine sediment microscopy method),with 60 patients in each group.Compare and analyze the missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate,error rate,positive and negative detection rates between the two groups.The results showed that the missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate,and error rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the positive and negative detection rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Research has found that when testing white blood cells,the combination of urine dry chemistry and urine sediment microscopy can significantly reduce missed and misdiagnosed cases,with high diagnostic value and can be promoted.
