中国石化地下储气库智能化建设进展及展望 被引量:9

摘要 地下储气库(简称储气库)作为天然气“产供储销”产业链中的重要一环,发挥着纽带作用。中国国内储气库建设的初衷是“保供为先,兼顾效益”,储气库选址评价、方案设计、工程建设、生产运行及经营优化等全流程高效联动显得尤为重要,同时对储气库数字化、信息化、智能化管理、研究、生产提出更高要求。总结中石化近几年在储气库智能化建设方面开展的工作和取得的成果,对未来储气库智能化建设的发展进行展望。中石化围绕储气库信息采集及管理,储气库综合管理,一体化决策及全生命周期运行等方面开展攻关研究,研发了储气库信息平台。根据储气库注采频率快、时效要求高、安全风险大等特点,提出基于B/S架构的协同技术、储气库群全局系统优化技术、储气库智能运营技术、储气库全流程风险管控技术、储气库数字孪生技术等是未来储气库智能化发展的重点方向。 Underground gas storage(UGS)plays an important role as a link in the natural gas"production,supply,storage,and sales"industry chain.The original intention of China’s domestic UGS construction is to prioritize supply and balance benefits.Therefore,efficient linkage throughout the entire process of UGS site selection evaluation,scheme design,engineering construction,production operation,and operation optimization is particularly important.At the same time,higher requirements are put forward for digitalization,informatization,intelligent management,research,and production of UGS.This article systematically summarizes the work and achievements of Sinopec in the intelligent construction of UGS in recent years,and looks forward to the future development of intelligent construction of UGS.Sinopec has conducted research on UGS information collection and management,comprehensive UGS management,integrated decision-making,and full lifecycle operation,and has developed a UGS information platform in some business directions.Based on the characteristics of fast injection and production frequency,high timeliness requirements,and high safety risks in UGS,collaborative technology based on B/S architecture,global system optimization technology for UGS groups,intelligent operation technology for UGS,risk control technology for the entire process of UGS,and digital twin technology for UGS are proposed as key directions for the future intelligent development of UGS.
