快速穿戴个人防护装备方法对提高传染病相关工作人员救治时间利用率的研究

Research on the Method of Quickly Wearing Personal Protective Equipment to Improve the Utilization of Treatment Time for Personnel Engaged in Infectious Disease Related Work

摘要 探讨三种不同穿戴个人防护装备(personal protective equipment,PPE)方法应用于提高从事传染病相关工作人员救治时间利用率的效果。选择30名经过系统培训穿戴PPE的医护人员,让其分别使用三种不同穿戴PPE的方法(无序法、有序法、无菌包法)穿戴PPE,比较三种穿法所用时间、考核得分及高分人数(≥95分)。选择30名经过系统培训穿戴PPE的医护人员,在限定时间内(450s)穿戴PPE,比较三种方法考核用时、考核得分及高分人数(≥95分)。研究发现,无菌包法穿戴PPE虽然有包装成本较高等局限性,但其能够明显缩短穿戴时间,减少穿戴失误事件,且受高压环境影响小,对于提高从事传染病相关工作人员穿戴PPE救治时间利用率,快速响应、快速建立防护屏障,保护传染病患者及传染病相关工作人员的安全具有重要意义,值得临床推广。 Explore the effectiveness of three different methods of wearing personal protective equipment(PPE)in improving the utilization of treatment time for personnel engaged in infectious disease related work.Select 30 medical staffwho have received systematic training to wear PPE and have them wear PPE using three different methods(disordered method,orderly method,sterile bag method).Compare the time,assessment scores,and number of high scoring individuals(≥95 points)using the three methods.Select 30 medical staffwho have received systematic training to wear PPE,and wear PPE within a limited time(450s).Compare the assessment time,assessment scores,and number of high scoring individuals(≥95 points)using three methods.Research has found that although the sterile packaging method has limitations such as high packaging costs,it can significantly shorten wearing time,reduce wearing error events,and be less affected by high-pressure environments.It is of great significance for improving the utilization of PPE treatment time for workers engaged in infectious disease related work,quickly responding,establishing protective barriers,and protecting the safety of infectious disease patients and infectious disease related workers,and it’s worth clinical promotion.
