摘要
探究在急性脑梗死患者急救中急诊护理流程起到的效果和作用。选择2021年10月—2022年10月南通大学第二附属医院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,由于试验需要进行对比研究,所以为了保障试验结果具有准确性,需要将80例患者随机分为两个组别,每组各40例。实施常规护理的为对照组,实施急诊护理流程的为观察组,护理后对比两组患者的最终护理效果,从对比中了解不同护理方式的作用。结果显示,观察组患者抢救结果优于对照组,患者生活质量评分优于对照组,患者护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。研究发现,在急性脑梗死患者急救中应用急诊护理流程,能够让患者在最短的时间内得到治疗,也能从有效救治中提升抢救成功率,减少患者身体受到的损伤,值得在临床实践中应用。
Explore the effectiveness and role of emergency nursing processes in emergency treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients.This experiment mainly selected 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Second Affliated Hospital of Nantong University from October 2021 to October 2022 as the research subjects.Due to the need for comparative research in the experiment,in order to ensure the accuracy of the experimental results,80 patients need to be randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,while the observation group implemented emergency nursing procedures.After nursing,the final nursing outcomes of the two groups of patients were compared to understand the role of different nursing methods.The results showed that the observation group had better rescue results than the control group,and the patient’s quality of life score was better than the control group.The patient’s nursing satisfaction was 97.50%,which was 80.00%higher than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of emergency nursing processes in the emergency treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients can enable patients to receive treatment in the shortest possible time,improve the success rate of rescue from effective treatment,and reduce physical damage to patients.It is worth applying in clinical practice.
