选煤企业安全生产标准化现状及问题分析 被引量:1

摘要 发展选煤是推进煤炭清洁高效低碳利用源头治理的有效手段,然而选煤企业安全生产标准化远远落后于其快速发展,推进安全生产标准化建设亟需在选煤企业建设安全生产标准化管理体系。介绍了我国选煤产业、选煤企业安全生产及选煤企业安全生产标准化发展的现状,指出选煤企业还存在安全生产标准化管理制度有待完善、监管力度不足,企业重视不够,标准意识有待提高,安全生产标准化体系结构不统一、不科学等问题;进而提出相应的措施及建议。 Coal preparation development is the effective method for promoting source treatment of the clean,efficient and low-carbon utilization of coal.However,the safety production standardization in coal preparation enterprises lags far behind their rapid development,and promoting the safety production standardization urgently requires the construction of a standardized management system for safety production in coal preparation enterprises.The current situations of coal preparation,safety production in coal preparation industry and enterprises,and the development of safety production standardization in coal preparation enterprises in China are introduced,which shows that there are still room for improvement in the safety production standardization management system and insufficient supervision in coal preparation enterprises,the enterprises do not attach enough importance and their awareness of standards needs to be improved,and the standardization system structure of safety production is not unified and scientific.On the basis,corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed to address the existing problems.
