摘要
介绍实验室pH(酸度)计的校准和正确使用与维护保养的方法。首先依据能特斯方程讨论了实验室pH计的单点校准、两点校准和三点校准的校准原理和适用范围,然后讨论了邻苯二甲酸氢钾、磷酸氢二钠和磷酸二氢钾、硼砂这三种pH计校准用标准物质在三种校准方法下pH值随温度变化的情况,结果表明,两点校准较单点校准可获得更准确可靠的测试结果。最后介绍了实验室pH计在日常使用中电极的活化、清洗等日常维护保养方法。
The calibration,correct use and maintenance method of laboratory pH meters were introduced.Firstly,the calibration principles and applicable ranges of single-point calibration,two-point calibration and three-point calibration for laboratory pH(acidity)meters were discussed in detail according to Nentz equation,and then,the pH changes of three standard substances of KHC8H4O4,Na2HPO4-KH2PO4,and Na2B4O7·10H2O for pH meter calibration were explored with the temperature by using three calibration methods in experiment,the test results showed that two point calibration were more accurate and reliable than single-point calibration.Finally,the maintenance methods of the laboratory pH(acidity)meter,such as electrode activation and cleaning,were introduced in daily use.
