校企共建智能建造产业学院人才培养模式改革创新 被引量:3

摘要 为了培养适应和引领现代产业发展的高素质应用型人才,全面提高人才培养能力,山西大同大学建筑与测绘工程学院与大同市龙头企业泰瑞集团共建“智能建造”产业学院。通过融合校企双方的优势资源、创新教育模式、优化专业结构、完善产教融合协同育人机制等手段,明确了智能建造产业学院的办学定位、建设思路、培养模式和培养架构,系统化地构建了新工科人才培养体系。实践表明:依托智能建造产业学院,解决了新型建造产业的人才需求,促进区域经济高质量发展,实现人才培养与产业需求、区域发展需求有效衔接。 In order to cultivate high-quality applied talents who can adapt to and lead the development of modern industries,and comprehensively improve talent cultivation capabilities,the School of Architecture and Surveying Engineering of Shanxi Da-tong University and the leading enterprise in Datong City,Tairui Group,jointly build the“Intelligent Construction”Industry Col-lege.By integrating the advantageous resources of both schools and enterprises,innovating educational models,optimizing profes-sional structures,and improving the mechanism of industry education integration and collaborative education,the positioning,con-struction ideas,training models,and training structure of the Intelligent Construction Industry College have been clarified,and a new engineering talent training system has been systematically constructed.Practice has shown that relying on the intelligent construc-tion industry college,it has solved the talent demand of the new construction industry,promoted high-quality regional economic de-velopment,and effectively connected talent cultivation with industrial and regional development needs.
