盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合执行功能康复训练治疗注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的临床效果

摘要 目的探讨盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合执行功能康复训练治疗注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的临床效果。方法选取龙岩市第一医院2021年8月—2022年10月收治的60例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,盐酸哌甲酯缓释片治疗)和观察组(30例,盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合执行功能康复训练治疗)。对比两组注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的视听反应时间、多动缺陷好转情况、智力恢复情况、行为评定结果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患儿视觉反应时间、听觉反应时间分别为(930.75±11.41)ms、(733.10±7.53)ms,短于对照组的(962.51±12.38)ms、(748.54±8.15)ms,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿注意力不足、多动/冲动、对立违抗评分分别为(1.32±0.23)分、(0.70±0.18)分、(0.78±0.25)分,低于对照组的(1.85±0.32)分、(1.28±0.25)分、(1.13±0.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿言语量表智商、操作量表智商评分分别为(107.46±8.58)分、(108.78±6.57)分,高于对照组的(100.52±7.24)分、(99.40±7.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿学习、行为、焦虑、身心、多动、冲动评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿头晕、嗜睡、食欲下降等不良反应总发生率为16.67%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合执行功能康复训练治疗注意缺陷多动障碍患者的效果显著优于盐酸哌甲酯缓释片治疗。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with executive function rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with at ten tiond eficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods A total of 60 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder admitted to Longyan First Hospital from August 2021 to October 2022 were divided into control group(30 cases treated with methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets)and observation group(30 cases treated with methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with executive functional rehabilitation training)by random number table method.The audiovisual response time,improvement of hyperactivity deficit,intellectual recovery,behavior evaluation results and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the visual response time and auditory response time in the observation group were(930.75±11.41)ms and(733.10±7.53)ms,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group(962.51±12.38)ms and(748.54±8.15)ms,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of attention deficit,hyperactivity/impulsiveness and opposition-defiance in the observation group were(1.32±0.23)points,(0.70±0.18)points and(0.78±0.25)points,which were lower than those in the control group(1.85±0.32)points,(1.28±0.25)points and(1.13±0.30)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the IQ scores of speech scale and operation scale in observation group were(107.46±8.58)points and(108.78±6.57)points,respectively,which were higher than those of control group(100.52±7.24)points and(99.40±7.39)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of learning,behavior,anxiety,psychosomatic,hyperactivity and impulsivity in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of dizziness,drowsiness and decreased appetite in observation group was 16.67%,which was lower than that in control group(40.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with executive function rehabilitation training on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder patients was significantly better than that of methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained release tablets.
