摘要
漆包线行业具有挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放量大、初始浓度高的特点,因此本文对漆包线行业VOCs产排放情况及废气收集、治理现状进行了分析,从源头削减,生产工艺革新,废气收集、治理及排放监管等方面,提出了漆包线行业VOCs排放综合管控技术,以期为漆包线生产企业VOCs防治提供参考。
VOCs emission from enameled wire industry can be characterized as large volume and high initial concentration.In this paper,the VOCs production and emission in enameled wire industry as well as the status of waste gas collection and treatment were analyzed.Then an integrated control technology for VOCs emission of enameled wire industry was proposed from the aspects of source reduction,production process upgrading,waste gas collection,treatment and emission supervision with the aim to provide reference for VOCs abatement of enameled wire manufacturers.
