摘要
目前对于石油开采业所用钻井冲洗液的研究主要集中在冲洗液配方优选和冲洗效率评价方面,缺少对于冲洗液综合评价体系的研究。利用化学组配法研发了一种由非离子型表面活性剂和无机盐类助洗剂组成的油基钻井液冲洗液,并利用单因素分析和响应曲面法对影响冲洗效率的因素进行优化。构建了包括冲洗效率、抗压强度以及环境友好特性等指标的冲洗液综合评价体系。研究结果表明,冲洗液对油基钻井液有很好的冲洗效果,冲洗界面为水润湿状态,冲洗效率达到98%以上。冲洗液对水泥浆稠化时间和抗压强度无明显影响。蚯蚓急性毒性实验结果表明,研发的冲洗液属生态友好型制剂,在所用范围内对生态环境无明显危害。研究获得了一种冲洗效率高、配方简约的油基钻井液冲洗液,并建立了完善的冲洗液综合评价方法体系。
At present,the research of the drilling flushing fluid which used in the oil exploitation industry mainly focuses on the optimization of the formula and improvement of flushing efficiency.Few study focuses on the construction of comprehensive evaluation system of flushing fluid.In this study,an oil-based drilling flushing fluid composed of non-ionic surfactant and inorganic salt was developed by chemical method,and the factors affecting the flush efficiency were optimized using the single factor analysis and response surface methodology(RSM).A comprehensive evaluation system of drilling fluid including flushing efficiency,compressive strength and environmental friendly was constructed using single factor analysis.The results showed that the flushing fluid had a good flushing effect on oil-based drilling fluid and the flushing efficiency was more than 98%.The flushing fluid had no obvious negative effect on the thickening time and compressive strength of cement slurry.The earthworm acute toxicity experiment indicated that the flushing fluid was the eco-friendly that had no obvious harmful to the ecological environment.This study reported a kind of flushing fluid with high flushing efficiency and simple formula,and a comprehensive evaluation system of flushing fluid was established.
