摘要
玻璃钢管线常因施工方法不当引发泄漏,造成质量事故和经济损失。应从人员、材料、机具、工法、环境要求几方面考虑对接包缠法在施工准备阶段的注意事项,重点关注施工阶段从富脂层、增强层到外保护层的施工方法,以及固化温度与时间的经验数据。将对接包缠法与螺纹连接、承插连接法从接头质量、施工时间、施工工具与辅料、适应压力、现阶段应用情况等进行了对比,结果表明,对接包缠法用于玻璃钢管线接头连接,具有施工技术要求高、工序质量控制严、接头质量可靠性强的特点。对该应用的研究为今后玻璃钢管线施工方法选择以及管线应用于高压系统提供了技术支持与建议。
GRP pipes often leak due to inappropriate construction methods,resulting in quality accidents and economic losses.The construction technology key points of the butt&wrap jointing method are introduced,in order to provide a technically reliable construction method.This article introduces the precautions of the butt&wrap jointing method in the construction preparation stage from personnel,materials,machinery,construction methods,and environmental requirements.Then,the construction method from rich resin layer,reinforcement layer to outer protective layer during the construction stage is elaborated,as well as empirical data on curing temperature and time.The butt&wrap jointing method is compared with thread jointing and socket jointing from the aspects of joint quality,implementation time and tools,auxiliary materials,applicable pressure and current application.Butt&wrap jointing method is used for the connection of fiberglass steel pipe joints,which has the characteristics of high construction technology requirements,strict process quality control,and strong reliability of joint quality.This paper provides technical support and suggestions for the selection of construction methods of GRP pipelines and the application of pipelines in high-pressure systems in the future,which is of great significance.
