摘要
漆油不仅是傈僳传统饮食文化的重要组成部分和文化符号,而且在傈僳族与同源民族情感的沟通凝聚、周边民族交往交流交融及其跨境交流中都起着重要作用。文章重点探讨傈僳族漆油饮食文化在傈僳族与跨民族、跨区域、跨国界社会关系网络建构中的重要意义。
Lacquer oil is not only an important part of the traditional Lisu food culture,but also a cultural symbol of the Lisu people.It serves as a means of communication and unity among the Lisu and their related ethnic groups,as well as fostering interactions and exchanges with neighboring communities across ethnic,regional,and national borders.This study delves into the significance of the Lisu Lacquer Oil Dietary Culture Circle in establishing a network of social relations.
