摘要
随着某化学合成制药企业产品类型及生产工艺的不断改进,废水中COD及NH3-N浓度大幅增加,原有废水处理工艺出水水质已不能满足排放标准要求。通过分析原有废水处理工艺存在的问题,对其进行升级改造,将原有的水解酸化+A/O(缺氧/好氧)工艺改为厌氧+二级A/O+MBR(膜生物反应器)。工程运行结果表明,改造后的综合废水COD、TN、NH3-N去除率分别达到94.9%、89.5%、95.7%,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)三级标准及《工业企业废水氮、磷污染物间接排放限值》(DB 33/887—2013)要求。
With the continuous improvement of the product type and production process of a chemical synthesis pharmaceutical enterprise,the concentration of COD and NH3-N in wastewater has increased significantly,and the effluent quality of the original wastewater treatment process can no longer meet the requirements of the discharge standard.By analyzing the problems existing in the original wastewater treatment process and upgrading it,the original hydrolytic acidification+A/O(anoxic/aerobic)process was changed to anaerobic+two-stage A/O+MBR(membrane bioreactor).The operation results show that the removal rates of COD,TN and NH3-N in the comprehensive wastewater reach 94.9%,89.5% and 95.7%,respectively,which meet the requirements of the three level standard of the Integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978—1996)and the Indirect discharge for emission limitation of nitrogen and phosphorus for industrial wastewater(DB 33/887—2013).
