摘要
根据锅炉汽包用高性能容器钢板的制造要求,采用低碳、高锰、微铌+中镍、钼、铬的成分体系设计,严格控制有害元素及夹杂物含量,结合正火+回火工艺,成功开发出13MnNiMoR高性能特殊容器钢板;该钢板组织均匀,以贝氏体为主,具有较高的强韧性和抗层状撕裂性能的基础上,具备较好的断后伸长率≥22%,并拥有良好低温韧性,0℃冲击功可达150 J以上,力学性能均达到或超过GB 713—2014《锅炉和压力容器用钢板》标准要求。
According to the manufacturing requirements of high performance container steel plate for boiler drum,the composition system of low carbon,high manganese,micro niobium+medium nickel,molybdenum and chromium is designed,the harmful elements and inclusions content are strictly controlled,and the 13MnNiMoR high performance special container steel plate is successfully developed by combining normalizing and tempering process.The steel plate has uniform microstructure,mainly bainite,with high strength and toughness and laminar tear resistance,based on above,the good elongation after fracture is more than 22%,and has good low temperature toughness,the impact energy at 0℃can reach 150 J or more,mechanical properties meet or exceed GB7132014"steel plate for boilers and pressure vessels"standard requirements.
