摘要
目的 探讨痛风患者疾病感知现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 便利选取225例原发性痛风患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、测试版痛风患者疾病感知评估量表、痛风影响量表、简体中文版患者积极度量表对其进行横断面调查。结果 225例痛风患者疾病感知现状总分为(151.87±17.94)分,痛风患者疾病感知总分与痛风影响量表得分呈正相关(r=0.541,P<0.001),与患者积极度得分呈负相关(r=-0.468,P<0.001)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,受教育程度、病程、近1 a发作次数、伴发其他疾病、存在痛风石、痛风影响量表评分和患者积极度为痛风患者疾病感知的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 痛风患者疾病感知处于中等水平,且受到多种因素影响。
Objective To investigate the status quo of illness perception in patients with gout and to divide the influencing factors.Methods Conveniently selecting 225 patients with primary gout as the research subjects,a cross-sectional survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire,a test version of the gout patient disease perception assessment scale,a gout impact scale,and a simplified Chinese version of the patient positive measure.Results The total score of disease perception among 225 gout patients was(151.87±17.94).The total disease perception score of gout patients was positively correlated with the gout impact scale score(r=0.541,P<0.001),and negatively correlated with the patients’positivity score(r=-0.468,P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,course of disease,number of episodes in the past year,concomitant other diseases,presence of gout stones,gout impact scale scores,and patient motivation were the main influencing factors for gout patients’disease perception(P<0.05).Conclusion Gout patients’disease perception is at a moderate level and is influenced by multiple factors.
