不同方案治疗慢性特发性耳鸣的效果

摘要 目的 探讨不同方案治疗慢性特发性耳鸣的效果。方法 选取2019年3月至2022年3月医院诊治的198例慢性特发性耳鸣患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(接受窄带噪声联合纯音乐治疗)与对照组(接受声频磁共振治疗),各99例,对比两组总有效率、耳鸣障碍量表(THI)、耳鸣严重程度评估量表(TEQ)。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组THI评分、TEQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 窄带噪声联合纯音乐与声频磁共振治疗能改善患者耳鸣症状,以窄带噪声联合纯音乐改善效果更好。 Objective To explore the effect of different schemes on treating chronic idiopathic tinnitus.Methods A total of 198 patients with chronic idiopathic tinnitus diagnosed and treated from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(with narrow-band noise combined with pure music)and control group(with audio frequency magnetic resonance therapy)according to the random number table method,with 99 patients in each group.The total effective rate,tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)and tinnitus evaluation questionnaire(TEQ)between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically difference in THI score and TEQ score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrow band noise combined with pure music and audio frequency magnetic resonance therapy can improve patients’tinnitus symptoms,and the combination of narrow band noise and pure music has a better effect on improvement.
