摘要
从实际控制范围来看,川陕苏区呈现“川”多“陕”微的显著特点。陕南位于秦巴山区腹地,连接川陕鄂甘四省,地理位置十分重要。但其与西安有险峻的秦岭相隔,陕西省委指导陕南党多有不便,曾数次建议中共中央将陕南划归川陕省委管辖。红四方面军入陕南后,发现该地不适宜建立根据地,仅将其作为川陕苏区北面的战略缓冲区域,对于接管陕南党组织并无积极性。川陕苏区建立后,陕南地区成为共产国际计划发动西北革命并打通苏联的重要战略支点。通过分析陕南地区在川陕苏区发展历程中的政治功能定位可以发现,该地区从传统时代武装割据的“宠儿”到近代战争模式下根据地开辟的“弃婴”的变化过程,其背后折射出战争模式调整对于地域山川形势要求的全新塑造。
From the perspective of actual control scope,the Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area exhibits significant characteristics of"more area in Sichuan and less area in Shaanxi".Southern Shaanxi was located in the hinterland of the Qinba Mountains,connecting the four provinces of Sichuan,Shaanxi,Hubei,and Gansu and its geographical location is very important.But the steep Qinling Mountains separating it from Xi'an,which makes it inconvenient for the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the CPC to guide the party in southern Shaanxi.It has been suggested several times that the Central Committee of the CPC should transfer southern Shaanxi to the jurisdiction of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the CPC.After the Fourth Front Red Army entered southern Shaanxi,it was found that the area was not suitable for establishing a base and was only used as a strategic buffer zone to the north of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area,without any enthusiasm for taking over the party organization in southern Shaanxi.After the establishment of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area,the southern Shaanxi became an important strategic pivot for the Comintern to launch the Northwest Revolution and connect the Soviet Union.By analyzing the political functional positioning of the southern Shaanxi in the development process of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area,it can be found that the region has undergone a transformation from the"darling"of the traditional armed separatist regime to the"abandoned baby"of base areas opened up in the modern war mode,which reflects the new shaping of the requirements of the war mode adjustment for the regional mountain and river situation.
