抽水蓄能电站高水头偏心铰弧形闸门安装技术

摘要 偏心铰弧形闸门安全可靠,是一种高水头、开启频繁情况下普遍应用的高压控制闸门。但其构造较复杂、安装精度要求高,安装过程工序多、交叉干扰大,较常规闸门施工难度大、安全风险高。为此,通过研究拼装前置整体吊装技术、模拟计算门槽一次安装技术及整体定位安装等创新技术,在长龙山抽水蓄能电站下水库导流泄放洞出口偏心铰弧门安装施工中成功应用,实现了高水头偏心铰弧门高效、安全、精确安装。 The high water-head eccentric hinge arc gate has the characteristics of complex structure,high installation accuracy,many processes,and large cross-operation interference.Compared with conventional gates,it is more difficult to construct and has high safety risks.This paper summarizes the innovative installation technology of the eccentric hinged arc gate at the outlet of the reservoir under Changlongshan pumped storage power station to provide reference for similar projects.
