320名孕产妇母婴健康素养状况调查及影响因素分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the status and influencing factors of health literacy of 320 maternal and infant health literacy of pregnant and postpartum women

摘要 目的了解孕产妇母婴健康素养水平及影响因素,为母婴保健工作及健康教育提供参考依据。方法方便抽样选取杭州市妇产科医院320名孕产妇为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、母婴健康素养问卷、社会支持量表进行调查;应用多重线性逐步回归模型,分析影响孕产妇母婴健康素养的相关因素。结果孕产妇母婴健康素养得分为(48.70±12.85)分;总体母婴健康素养水平为19.15%,基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能3个维度的健康素养具备率分别为21.43%、17.21%、46.10%。多重线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度大专及以上、家庭人均月收入≥5000元、居住在城市、有妊娠合并症、参加孕产妇学校课程、社会支持水平中等或高是孕产妇母婴健康素养的正向影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论孕产妇母婴健康素养水平偏低,建议重点加强低学历、低收入、居住在农村的孕产妇健康教育,并结合其获取知识的特点采取针对性健康宣教策略;同时鼓励构建积极的人际关系网络,通过提高社会支持水平以提升孕产妇的母婴健康素养水平。 Objective To ascertain the level of maternal and infant health literacy,alongside the factors that influence it,in order to provide a reference point for maternal and infant health care and promotion.Methods A total of 320 pregnant and postpartum women from Hangzhou Women’s Hospital were selected as respondents using a convenient sampling method.The study utilized the general data questionnaire,maternal and infant health literacy questionnaire,and social support scale.A multiple linear stepwise regression model was employed to analyze the factors that affect maternal and infant health literacy.Results The score of maternal and child health literacy of pregnant and postpartum women was(48.70±12.85)points.The overall level of maternal and infant health literacy was 19.15%.The possession rate of health literacy in the three dimensions of basic knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and basic skills was 21.43%,17.21%,and 46.10% respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational level is junior college and high,per capita monthly family income is more than 5000 yuan,city of residence,have comorbid pregnancy,participation in maternal school courses,and level of social support is middle or high were positive factors affecting maternal and infant health literacy(All P<0.05).Conclusions The level of maternal and infant health literacy is suboptimal,necessitating the strengthening of maternal health education.It is recommended that pregnant and postpartum women with limited educational attainment,low income,and residing in rural areas be prioritized for intervention efforts.Targeted health education strategies should be implemented,taking into account their specific knowledge acquisition characteristics.Concurrently,fostering positive interpersonal networks should be encouraged to enhance social support levels and ultimately improve maternal and infant health literacy.
