摘要
针对防空导弹易损性和毁伤评估研究需求,以某型防空导弹发射车为研究对象,进行功能和结构分析,确定关键部件,并建立发射车毁伤树模型。依托战场毁伤仿真平台,结合防空导弹发射车的几何、材料和结构特点,建立了防空导弹发射车的易损性等效模型。对防空导弹发射车进行毁伤仿真评估,通过正交试验设计以及极差分析,分析战斗部的水平角、高低角、脱靶量和初速度对装备毁伤程度的影响,并重点对脱靶量和水平角对装备毁伤程度的复合作用进行探究。结果表明,随着脱靶距离的增大发射车毁伤程度呈指数级下降,弹药入射角随着脱靶距离的增大对装备毁伤程度的影响急剧减小。研究成果可为防空导弹发射车的易损性设计、战斗部署、装备维修器材供应保障等提供重要借鉴。
To address the research needs of air defense missile vulnerability and damage assessment,a type of air defense missile launcher is used as the research object to conduct functional and structural analysis,identify key components,and establish a launcher damage tree model.Relying on the battlefield damage simulation platform,the vulnerability equivalent model of the air defense missile launcher is established by combining the geometric,material and structural characteristics of the air defense missile launcher.The damage simulation evaluation of the air defense missile launcher is carried out,and the effects of the horizontal angle,high and low angles,off-target volume and initial velocity of the combat section on the degree of equipment damage are analyzed through orthogonal test design and extreme difference analysis,and the compound effects of off-target volume and horizontal angle on the degree of equipment damage are explored.The research results can provide important reference for the vulnerability design,combat deployment,and equipment maintenance equipment supply guarantee of air defense missile launchers.
