氰氟虫腙原药中水合肼的离子色谱分析

Analysis of hydrazine hydrate in metaflumizone technical material by ion chromatography

摘要 [目的]建立氰氟虫腙原药中相关杂质水合肼定量分析的离子色谱方法。[方法]采用离子色谱法,使用电导检测器和IonPac CS16阳离子分析柱,在30 mmol/L甲基磺酸水溶液淋洗条件下,对水合肼进行分离和测定,外标法定量。[结果]当水合肼的质量浓度在0.019~4.90 mg/L时,水合肼的相关线性系数为0.9995,方法定量限为0.2 mg/kg;方法中水合肼的平均回收率为86.00%。[结论]该方法操作简便、快捷、准确、灵敏度高,能够满足氰氟虫腙原药中水合肼的定量分析测定要求。 [Aims]The aim is to establish an ion chromatography method for the quantitative analysis of related impurities hydrazine hydrate in metaflumizone technical material.[Methods]Hydrazine hydrate was separated and determined by ion chromatography,with a conductivity detector and IonPac CS16 cation analysis column,under washing conditions of 30 mmol/L methylsulfonic acid aqueous solution.The external method was used for quantification.[Results]When the concentration of hydrazine hydrate was between 0.019 and 4.90 mg/L,the correlation linear coefficient of hydrazine hydrate was 0.9995,and the quantitative limit of the method was 0.2 mg/kg.The average recovery rate of hydrazine hydrate in the method is 86.00%.[Conclusions]The method is easy,fast,accurate,and highly sensitive,which can meet the requirements for the quantitative analysis and determination of hydrazine hydrate in metaflumizone technical.
