摘要
为探索不同类型丁酸钠对仔猪生产性能的影响,本试验对丁酸钠进行包衣工艺处理,选用90头28日龄的仔猪,随机分成3组,A组饲喂基础日粮(对照组),B组饲喂“0.2%普通丁酸钠+基础日粮”,C组饲喂“0.25%包衣丁酸钠+基础日粮”。试验周期为21 d,测定各试验组仔猪的日采食量、日增重及腹泻情况。试验结果显示,与A组相比,B组和C组的平均日采食量、平均日增重都显著提高(P<0.05),腹泻率及腹泻指数显著降低(P<0.05);添加包衣丁酸钠的C组与添加普通丁酸钠的B组之间相比,平均日采食量、平均日增重都显著提高(P<0.05),腹泻率及腹泻指数显著降低(P<0.05)。结果表明,对丁酸钠进行包衣处理能显著提高断奶仔猪生产性能、促进生长、减少仔猪腹泻的发生。
In order to explore the effects of different types of sodium butyrate on the production performance of piglets,this experiment was conducted to treat sodium butyrate with coating process,90 piglets of 28 d were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,Group A was fed with basal diet(control group),Group B was fed with"0.2%normal sodium butyrate+basal diet",and Group C was fed with"0.25%coated sodium butyrate+basal diet".The test period was 21 d.The daily feed intake,daily weight gain and occurrence of diarrhea of piglets in each test group were determined.The results showed that compared with Group A,the average daily feed intake,average daily weight gain,diarrhea rate and diarrhea index of Group B and Group C were significantly higher(<0.05),and the average daily feed intake,average daily weight gain,diarrhea rate and diarrhea index of Group C,and the average daily feed intake,average daily weight gain,diarrhea rate and diarrhea index of Group C supplemented with sodium coated butyrate and Group B supplemented with sodium butyrate were significantly higher(<0.05),supplemented with sodium coated butyrate and Group B supplemented with sodium butyrate were significantly higher(<0.05),and diarrhea rate and diarrhea index of Group C and Group B supplemented with sodium butyrate were significantly lower(<0.05).The results showed that the coating treatment of sodium butyrate could significantly improve the production performance of weaned piglets,promote growth,and reduce the occurrence of piglet diarrhea.
