摘要
为探究弓网系统受电弓滑板在不同空气湿度条件下的磨耗特性,利用摩擦磨损等效实验装置开展弓网载流电接触特性实验,分析不同工况下滑板磨耗和温度变化情况。结果表明:相对湿度发生变化时,接触点温度变化趋势相同,但在相对湿度为55%时变化最稳定,且滑板表面磨损程度最小,磨耗最小。
In order to investigate the wear characteristics of contact strip of pantograph-catenary system under different air humidity conditions,a friction and wear equivalent experimental device is adopted to carry out the tests of electrical contact performance of current carrying between pantograph and catenary to analyze the situations of wear of contact strip and changes of temperatures under different working conditions.The results show that:when the relative temperature changes,the tendency of temperature changes of the contact point is identical.However,the changes are stable when the relative humidity is 55%,and the degree of wear of surface of contact strip is at a minimum.
