摘要
[目的]探索江西省医疗服务能力与经济发展水平之间的相互作用关系,提出优化策略,促进二者协调发展。[方法]构建江西省医疗服务能力发展水平和经济发展水平评价指标体系,采用耦合协调理论分析江西省医疗服务能力与经济发展的耦合协调度,运用灰色关联分析法进一步分析协调发展的影响因素。[结果]2016-2021年江西省各市医疗服务能力与经济发展耦合协调度变化均呈小幅波动,在研究时段内数值变化不大;医疗机构数和医院病床使用率与耦合协调度的灰色关联度排名稳居前二,分别为0.796和0.764,属于强关联度。[结论]江西省医疗服务能力整体超前于经济发展水平;江西省各市医疗服务能力与经济发展耦合协调度差异较大;江西省医疗服务能力与区域经济协调发展受多因素影响。
Objective To explore the interaction between medical service capacity and economic development in Jiangxi Province,and to propose strategies of optimization to promote the coordinated development of the two.Methods The evaluation index system of the development of medical service capacity and economic development in Jiangxi Province was constructed.The coupling coordination degree of medical service capacity and economic development was analyzed by using the coupling coordination theory in Jiangxi Province,and the grey correlation analysis method was used to further analyze the influencing factors of coordinated development.Results From 2016 to 2021,the coupling coordination degree of medical service capacity and economic development of all cities in Jiangxi Province fluctuated slightly,and the value changed little during the study period.The grey correlation of the number of medical institutions and the utilization rate of hospital beds,and the coupling coordination degree ranked steadily in the top two,which were 0.796 and 0.764 respectively,belonging to the strong correlation degree.Conclusions The overall medical service capacity of Jiangxi Province is ahead of the economic development.The coupling coordination degree of medical service capacity and economic development varies greatly among cities in Jiangxi Province.The coordinated development of medical service capacity and regional economy in Jiangxi Province is influenced by many factors.
