定向钻穿越海沟勘察质量控制与物探成果应用

摘要 油气管道定向钻穿越海沟是解决油气管线通过海沟不受外界环境因素影响并安全运行的工程处理措施,如何在海岸带地形地貌,潮汐影响潮间带、软弱土层沉积海洋气候环境下,海水每天涨落潮各2次等复杂环境下,勘察项目风险大、投入多、安全隐患多、质量要求严的情况下完成海沟勘察任务,提出新的要求和不断探索的新课题。通过具体工程实例,采取各种技术措施和施工方案,解决水上、潮间带及两岸软弱地基土勘察过程水上钻孔定位、施工困难等各种问题,勘察过程接受缅甸派驻官员、监理单位、中石油和昆明院四方机构的检查和监督,通过地质测绘、高标准取芯、现场原位测试、室内试验并结合物探测试等方法,勘察成果采取双审制度,提出满足设计要求高质量的勘察成果。 Directional drilling of oil and gas pipelines through trenches is an engineering treatment measure to ensure that oil and gas pipelines pass through trenches without being affected by external environmental factors and operate safely.In the coastal terrain and landforms,tidal influences intertidal zones,and the sedimentary marine climate environment of weak soil layers,seawater rises and falls twice a day.How to complete trench survey tasks in this complex environment,with high risks,high investment,multiple safety hazards,and strict quality requirements for survey projects,has put forward new requirements and continuously explored new topics.Through specific engineering examples,this article adopts various technical measures and construction plans to solve various problems such as drilling positioning and construction difficulties during the survey process of soft foundation soil on water,intertidal zone,and both banks.The survey process is subject to inspection and supervision by officials stationed in Myanmar,supervision units,CNPC,and Kunming Institute.Through geological surveying and mapping,high standard coring,on-site in-situ testing,indoor testing,and combined with geophysical testing,a double review system has been adopted for the survey results,and high-quality survey results that meet the design requirements have been proposed.
