摘要
以洞庭湖生态经济区南部的长沙望城铜官片区为研究对象,建立望城铜官片区空间信息综合数据库,依托ArcGIS 10.5软件并结合空间格局动态变化模型对研究区近16年整体的空间格局时空演变、土地利用分布和变化的特点及其产生变化的主要驱动因素进行了分析,并预测其空间格局的变化趋势.结果表明:16年间,耕地与林地始终是研究区面积最大的用地,它们共同构成了研究区的空间基底,但面积占比逐年下降;工业用地、交通运输用地、公共管理及服务用地等面积稳定增长;研究区土地类型变化速率较慢但整体变化呈加速状态;各类土地重心变化受上位规划影响较大,除耕地与水域滩涂及水利设施用地外,其余用地重心变化较明显;政策及社会经济等人为驱动因子相较自然驱动因子对于土地变化的影响更显著.
Taking Wangcheng Tongguan District of Changsha City in the south of Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone as the research object,a comprehensive spatial information database of Wangcheng Tongguan District was established.Based on ArcGIS 10.5 software and the dynamic change model of spatial pattern,the temporal and spatial evolution of spatial pattern,the characteristics and main driving factors of land use distribution and change in the study area in recent 16 years were analyzed,and the changing trend of spatial pattern was predicted.The results show that in the past 16 years,cultivated land and forest land have always been the largest land use in the study area,and they together constitute the spatial base of the study area,but the area proportion decreases year by year;the area of industrial land,transportation land,public management and service landincreases steadily,and the change rate of land types in the study area is slow,but the overall change is accelerated.The change of all kinds of land center of gravityis greatly affected by the upper planning,with the exception ofcultivated land,tidal flat and water conservancy facilities,the change of land center of gravity is more obvious.Policy,social and economic and other man-made driving factors have more significant impact on land change than natural driving factors.
