CSTR+MBR+NF+RO工艺处理生活垃圾压榨液

摘要 针对某生活垃圾处理厂形成的生活垃圾压榨液高浓度有机废水特性,采用全混厌氧工艺(CSTR)+外置式MBR膜生物反应器(两级AO+UF)+纳滤(NF)+反渗透(RO)组合工艺进行处理,设计处理规模为80 t/d,项目建成后实际运行数据显示,CSTR厌氧发酵+外置式MBR+纳滤(NF)+反渗透(RO)工艺对压榨液COD、氨氮、总氮及总磷等污染物具有较好去除效果,出水可达到污水综合排放一级A标准(GB 8978-1996)。组合工艺中CSTR厌氧发酵单元可去除压榨液中绝大部分有机物,COD去除率可达到80%以上,显著降低后续污水处理单元有机负荷。MBR单元主要去除氨氮、总氮及总磷,去除率分别可以达到99%、95%及60%。NF+RO膜处理系统通过物理过滤进行脱盐并进一步去除污水中的有机物、胶体、细菌、病毒和重金属离子等,出水达到排放标准。此工艺处理生活垃圾压榨液高浓度有机废水应用效果良好,系统稳定可靠,具有良好的应用前景。 In response to the characteristics of high concentration organic wastewater from a domestic waste treatment plant,a combined process of CSTR anaerobic fermentation+external MBR membrane bioreactor(two-stage AO+UF)+nanofiltration(NF)+reverse osmosis(RO)was applied for treatment,and the designed treatment capacity was 80t/d.After the completion of the project,actual operation data showed thast the process of CSTR anaerobic fermentation+external MBR+nanofiltration(NF)+reverse osmosis(RO)has a good removal effect on the pollutants such as COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the press liquor,and the effluent can meet the first-class A standard of integrated wastewater discharge(GB 8978-1996).In the combined process,the CSTR anaerobic fermentation unit can remove the vast majority of organic matter from the squeezing liquid,and the COD removal rate can reach over 80%,which significantly reduces the organic load of subsequent sewage treatment units.The MBR unit mainly removes ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus,with removal rates of 99%,95%,and 60%,respectively.The NF+RO membrane treatment system desalinates and further removes organic matter,colloids,bacteria,viruses,and heavy metal ions from the wastewater through physical filtration,and the effluent meets the discharge standards.This process has good application effect in treating high concentration organic wastewater from domestic waste squeezing liquid,and the system is stable and reliable,with good application prospects.
