摘要
在“大众创业、万众创新”的大背景下,对动画专业人才的创新意识、创新能力提出了更高的要求。结合当前高校动画人才培养存在的问题以及面临的现实困境,将创新创业理念融入动画专业改造及创新人才培养之中。文章从高校动画专业人才培养现存的问题出发,从课程、模式、平台多维视角进行人才培养的生态化整体建构。一是完善核心课程设置,通过行业导向的核心课程设置和跨学科融合的核心课程开发,提高学生的创新能力和专业素养。二是优化交叉培养模式,通过不同学科领域之间的交流与合作,拓宽学生的知识视野,提升综合能力和创新思维。三是构建产学研实习平台,通过平台连接企业与市场,为学生创新创业提供更多实习项目。借助一系列举措提升高校动画专业人才的培养质量,满足双创时代对于动画专业人才的需求。
In the context of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,higher requirements have been put forward for the innovation awareness and ability of animation professionals.Combining the current problems and practical difficulties in the cultivation of animation talents in universities,we will integrate the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship into the transformation of animation majors and the cultivation of innovative talents.The article starts from the existing problems of talent cultivation in animation majors in universities,and constructs an ecological overall approach to talent cultivation from a multidimensional perspective of curriculum,mode,and platform.One is to improve the core curriculum design,through industry-oriented core curriculum design and interdisciplinary core curriculum development,to enhance students’innovation ability and professional literacy.The second is to optimize the cross training mode,broaden students’knowledge horizons,enhance their comprehensive abilities and innovative thinking through communication and cooperation between different disciplinary fields.The third is to build an industry university research internship platform,connecting enterprises and the market through the platform,and providing more internship projects for students’innovation and entrepreneurship.By utilizing a series of measures,we aim to improve the quality of training animation professionals in universities and meet the demand for animation professionals in the era of innovation and entrepreneurship.
