摘要
在系统总结国内外相关文献的基础上确定初步指标列表,通过实地调研和专家访谈进一步筛选得到关键绩效指标,再基于层次分析法计算指标权重。从运维效率、运行安全、能源资源和成本效益4个维度确定了绩效评价指标体系,该评价体系有助于医院科学地认识自身的后勤管理水平,也为客观评价医院后勤绩效提供了依据。
A preliminary list of indicators is determined based on a systematic summary of relevant domestic and foreign literature.Key performance indicators are further screened through on-site surveys and expert interviews,and then the indicator weights are calculated based on the analytic hierarchy process.A performance evaluation index system is determined from the four dimensions of operation and maintenance efficiency,operation safety,energy resources and cost-effectiveness.This evaluation system helps the hospital scientifically understand its own logistics management level,and also provides a basis for objectively evaluating the hospital logistics performance.
