煤基低黏度茂金属聚α-烯烃基础油性能对比研究

Comparative Study on Properties of Low Viscosity Polyα-olefin Base Oil Synthesized withα-olefin from Coal by Metallocene Catalys

摘要 采用气相色谱(GC)、热重分析法(TGA)、加压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)、凝胶色谱法(GPC)、旋转氧弹法等表征方法分析煤基低黏度茂金属聚α-烯烃(mPAO)的性能,并与对比样长链α-烯烃合成PAO进行对比。结果表明:煤基mPAO的黏度指数最高达到了147,黏温性能优于对比样;倾点普遍比对比样低6℃,低温动力黏度和低温泵送黏度也都小于对比样,表明煤基mPAO具有更好的低温性能;两者闪点相当,都在310℃开始快速热降解,煤基mPAO具有更高的完全分解温度;长链α-烯烃合成PAO具有更低的挥发度和更短的氧化诱导期,化学稳定性优于煤基mPAO。 Coal-based low viscosity polyα-olefin produced by metallocene catalyst(mPAO)were characterized by gas chromatography(CC),thermogravimetry(TGA),pressure differential scanning calorimetry(PDSC),gel chromatography(GPC),rotating oxygen bomb method,and the performances were compared with commercial available PAO synthesized by long chainsα-olefins.Results show that viscosity index of coal-based mPAO is up to 147,and viscosity-temperature capability is better than that of commercial available PAO.The pour point is generally 6 C lower than the commercial available PAO,and low-temperature dynamic viscosity and low-temperature pumping viscosity are also lower than the commercial available PAO,indicating that coal-based mPAO has better low temperature performance.The flash points of the two products are the same,and both of them start rapid thermal degradation at 310℃.The coal-based mPAO has a higher complete decomposition temperature.The commercial available PAO has lower volatility.The shorter oxidation induction time indicates that the commercial available PAO has better oxidation stability.
