摘要
表面织构作为一种新兴的表面技术,良好的减摩效果引起国内外学者的广泛关注,现已被大量应用于工程领域。然而织构化表面的减摩效果受众多因素影响,不同工况因其特有的属性,表面减摩机制亦各不相同,对织构化表面提升材料的减摩耐磨机制尚不明确。从不同工况下织构的减摩性能出发,探究其减摩机制的异同并分析其原因,归纳不同类型织构的减摩理论及存在的问题;对当下织构加工方式优劣进行分析,并对织构技术未来的发展趋势进行展望和预测。
As a new surface technology,surface texture has attracted extensive attention of scholars at home and abroad for its good anti-friction effect,and has been widely used in engineering field.However,the anti-friction effect of textured surface is affected by many factors.Due to its unique properties,the surface anti-friction mechanism is also different under different working conditions.The anti-friction and wear-resistant mechanism of textured surface lifting materials is not clear.Starting from the anti-friction performance of texture under different working conditions,the similarities and differences of its anti-friction mechanism was explored and its reasons were analyzed.The anti-friction theories and existing problems of different types of texture were summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of current texture processing methods were analyzed,and the future development trend of texture technology was prospected.
