摘要
目的研究医学影像教学工作中应用影像归档和通信系统(picture archiving and communication systems,PACS)的多学科团队(multi disciplinary team,MDT)联合问题导向学习(problem based learning,PBL)教学模式的具体措施和应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月南华大学附属第一医院放射科实习医学生60名为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为两组,30名医学生接受传统讲授式教学为对照组,30名医学生接受PACS平台的MDT联合PBL教学模式为研究组,评价两组医学生理论考试成绩、技能测评成绩以及对教学效果的评价情况。结果研究组医学生的理论考核成绩为(74.77±10.62)分与对照组医学生的理论考核成绩(73.55±11.28)分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组读片技能考核成绩(69.46±10.69)分及总成绩(145.53±12.66)分明显高于对照组的(60.22±10.78)分、(132.58±12.86)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组医学生中激发学习主动性、提高学习兴趣、提高阅片能力、培养影像诊断思维以及分析解决问题能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医学影像学教学工作中应用PACS平台的MDT联合PBL教学模式,可以显著提升医学生的读片技能,帮助培养医学生影像诊断思维能力,激发医学生的学习热情和主动性,提高医学生分析与解决问题的能力。
Objective To study the specific measures and application effect of multi disciplinary team(MDT)com⁃bined problem based learning(PBL)teaching mode with picture archiving and communication systems(PACS)plat⁃form in medical imaging teaching work.Methods 60 medical students who came to the Radiology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University to receive internship from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study object and divided into two groups by random number table method,30 medical students received tradi⁃tional didactic teaching as a control group,and the other 30 medical students received MDT combined PBL teaching mode of PACS platform as a research group.Evaluation of the two groups of medical students'theoretical examination scores,skill assessment scores,and evaluation of the teaching effect.Results The theoretical assessment scores of medical students in the research group were(74.77±10.62)points compared with that of medical students in the con⁃trol group(73.55±11.28)points,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The film-reading skills assessment scores was(69.46±10.69)points and total scores was(145.53±12.66)points of research group were signifi⁃cantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of medical students in the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group in stimulating learning initiative,improving learning interest,improving film reading ability,cultivating diagnostic imaging thinking and ana⁃lyzing and solving problems,and there were statistically significant differences in comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PACS platform MDT combined with PBL teaching mode in medical imaging teaching can signifi⁃cantly improve the reading skills of medical students,help to cultivate their diagnostic imaging thinking ability,stimu⁃late their learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improve their analytical and problem-solving ability.
