摘要
革命老区作为特殊类型地区仍然是目前城乡区域协调发展中的短板地区,存在发展不平衡不充分的突出问题。县域农业农村数字化下电商物流是乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分,有助于革命老区(包括欠发达地区)振兴发展,实现新型城镇化。通过建立合理的评价指标,进行湘赣边革命老区县(市、区)域样本对象的城镇化、物流(供应链)与数字电商水平测度,在样本城镇化、物流(供应链)和数字电商系统指标比较及空间自相关分析的基础上,利用耦合发展模型,探究湘赣边革命老区县(市、区)域样本城镇化、物流(供应链)与数字电商的耦合协调特征。结合研究提出了区域推进高质量发展的相关建议。
As a special type of area,the old revolutionary base area is still a weak area in the current coordinated development of urban and rural areas and regions.There is a prominent problem of unbalanced and insufficient development.E-commerce logistics under the digitalization of county agriculture and rural areas is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy,which is conducive to the revitalization and development of old revolutionary base areas(including underdeveloped areas)and the realization of new urbanization.Through the establishment of reasonable evaluation indicators,measure the urbanization,logistics(supply chain)and digital e-commerce level of sample objects in the counties(cities,districts)of the old revolutionary base areas in the Hunan Jiangxi border.Based on the comparison and spatial autocorrelation analysis of sample urbanization,logistics(supply chain)and digital e-commerce system indicators,use the coupling development model to explore the urbanization the coupling and coordination characteristics of logistics(supply chain)and digital e-commerce.Combined with the research,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions on promoting high-quality development in the region.
