达里诺尔湖浮游植物群落结构的时空变化及其影响因素

Spatiotemporal Variation of Phytoplankton Community Structure and Its Influencing Factors in the Dalinor Lake

摘要 2021年7月,在达里诺尔湖采集表层水体样品,并同步进行环境因子观测,研究浮游植物群落结构的变化特征及其与水环境因子之间的关系。利用传统的人工镜检技术,在12个采样点的水样中共鉴定出浮游植物76种,隶属于8门11纲22目41科52属,比2015年夏季鉴定出的浮游植物增加了5门13属,但减少了1种,以绿藻门(48.68%)、硅藻门(21.05%)和蓝藻门(19.74%)为主;浮游植物密度为2.30×10^(6)cells/L,比2015年夏季增加了922.22%;优势物种由2015年夏季的蓝藻、绿藻和硅藻向绿藻、隐藻、蓝藻和硅藻演变;优势物种主要为蓝藻门的微囊藻属一种(Microcystis sp.)、绿藻门的小球藻属一种(Chlorella sp.)和硅藻门的菱形藻属一种(Nitzschia sp.),优势度指数分别为0.105、0.052和0.051;湖区中部浮游植物物种数量大于湖区北部和南部,湖区北部和中部浮游植物群落结构的复杂程度和稳定性都高于湖区南部;浮游植物物种数量分别与氨氮浓度、溶解氧浓度、化学需氧量、透明度和pH显著正相关,与氧化还原电位显著负相关;浮游植物群落结构主要受pH、水温、总磷浓度、化学需氧量、总氮浓度和盐度的影响。 In July 2021,surface water samples were collected in the Dalinor Lake,and environmental factors were observed simultaneously to study the evolution characteristics of phytoplankton community structure and its relationship with water environmental factors.By using the traditional microscopy techniques,we identified a total of 76 species of phytoplankton belonging to 8 phyla,11 classes,22 orders,41 families and 52 genera in the water samples from 12 sampling sites.Compared with the phytoplankton identified in summer 2015,the number of which increased by 5 phyla and 13 genera,but decreased by 1 species.Chlorophyta(48.68%),Bacillariophyta(21.05%)and Cyanophyta(19.74%)were predominant.The density of phytoplankton was 2.30×10^(6)cells/L,which was 922.22%higher than that in summer 2015.The dominant species evolved from Cyanophyta,Chlorophyta and Diatom in the summer of 2015 to Chlorophyta,Cryptophyta,Cyanophyta and Diatom.The dominant species were Microcystis sp.of Cyanophyta,Chlorella sp.of Chlorophyta and Nitzschia sp.of Diatom,with the dominance of 0.105,0.052 and 0.051,respectively.The number of phytoplankton species in the central part of the lake was greater than that in the northern and southern parts of the lake.The complexity and stability of phytoplankton community structure in the northern and central parts of the lake were higher than those in the southern part of the lake.The number of phytoplankton species was positively correlated with ammonia nitrogen concentration,dissolved oxygen concentration,chemical oxygen demand,transparency and pH,and negatively correlated with oxidation-reduction potential.The phytoplankton community structure was mainly affected by pH,water temperature,total phosphorus concentration,chemical oxygen demand,total nitrogen concentration and salinity.
