摘要
作为人体与环境的外部界面,皮肤充当了保护人体的第一道防线,它能防止外来病原体入侵,同时也为共生微生物提供家园。皮肤微生物与宿主的相互作用大多发生在皮肤表面或内部,其是否参与皮肤屏障的形成显得尤为重要。本文论述了皮肤微生物如何从生物、物理、化学、免疫四个层次完善皮肤屏障功能,维持宿主机体稳态,协助抵御外界损伤的过程。
As the crucial boundary between the human body and its surrounding environment, the skin serves as the foremost sentinel, shielding the body from the invasion of foreign pathogens while offering a sanctuary for symbiotic microorganisms. The intricate interplay between the skin-dwelling microbes and their human host predominantly occurs on the surface or inside the skin, rendering their contribution to the skin barrier's formation of utmost importance. In this review, we delve into the sophisticated ways in which skin microbes bolster the skin barrier function across four dimensions—biological, physical, chemical, and immunological—thereby maintaining host equilibrium and aiding in the resistance against external assaults.
