摘要
皮肤微生态与湿疹关系密切,调整皮肤微生态菌群可以治疗湿疹。中医外治湿疹源远流长,但现代作用机制不明。皮肤微生态与中医外治理论在整体观、阴阳与平衡观、正气理论与免疫调节、营卫之气与屏障保护方面有诸多共通之处。中医外治湿疹乃至整个中医外治机制或许可通过现代皮肤微生态理论得以揭示。
Skin microecology is closely related to eczema,and adjusting the skin microecological flora can treat eczema.The external treatment of eczema in TCM has a long history,but the modern mechanism of action is unclear.There are many things in common between the skin microecology and the TCM external treatment theory in the holistic view,Yin and Yang and balance view,vital qi theory and immune regulation,camp and health qi and barrier protection.The external treatment of eczema and even the whole external treatment mechanism of TCM may be revealed through the modern skin microecology theory.
