摘要
目的:构建麻醉护理本科生临床教学质量评价指标体系。方法:以三维质量结构模型为理论框架,通过检索国内外文献、小组讨论以及德尔菲专家函询法,确定麻醉护理本科生临床教学质量评价体系指标,运用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。结果:两轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.931;第2轮专家函询的二级指标和三级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.306、0.339( P<0.001)。最终形成的麻醉护理本科生临床教学质量评价指标包括3项一级指标、13项二级指标,67项三级指标。 结论:构建的麻醉护理本科生临床教学质量评价指标体系具有较高的可靠性和科学性,可为护理高校评价麻醉护理本科实习生培训基地的临床教学质量提供依据。
Objective To construct a clinical teaching quality evaluation index system for anesthesia nursing undergradu‑ates.Methods Using the three‑dimensional quality structure model as the theoretical framework,the indicators of clinical teaching quality evaluation system for anesthesia nursing undergraduates were determined through searching domestic and foreign literature,group discussion and Delphi expert correspondence.The weight of eac indicator at all levels were determined by hierarchical analysis.Results The effective recall rate of the questionnaires of the two rounds of expert correspondence was 100%,and the authority coeffi‑cient of experts was 0.931.In the second round of expert correspondence,the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.306 for the secondary indicators and 0.339 for the tertiary indicators(P<0.001).The final evaluation indexes of clinical teaching quality of anesthesia nursing undergraduates included 3 primary indexes,13 secondary indexes and 67 tertiary indexes.Conclusions The constructed clinical teaching quality evaluation index system for anesthesia nursing undergraduates is highly reliable and scientific,and can provide evi‑dence for evaluating the clinical teaching quality of training bases for undergraduate anesthesia nursing trainees.
