近海台风区500kV防风偏复合绝缘子研制及工程应用 被引量:1

Development and Engineering Application of 500 kV Anti-Windage Yaw Composite Insulator in Coastal Typhoon Area

摘要 台风作为一种非良态的旋转风,常导致近海区域500 kV输电线路转角塔跳线发生风偏跳闸。本研究首次提出一种变径结构的500 kV转角塔跳线串用固定式防风偏复合绝缘子,对绝缘子技术参数、结构型式、材料选择、连接金具及附件、生产工艺等方面进行系统分析,通过建立有限元模型对防风偏复合绝缘子应力荷载特性进行仿真,对试品进行了机械及电气性能试验,证明产品的可靠性。考虑防风偏绝缘子对横担端部产生过大荷载的不利因素,提出了在挂线角钢中部增设两榀支撑桁架的优化布置型式,调整挂点传力途径、增强挂线角钢抗扭能力。研究表明,研制出的防风偏跳线绝缘子具有优良的防污闪、防风偏性能,可有效地解决沿海地区台风造成的跳线风偏闪络问题。相关产品已在近海某500 kV线路工程中应用,运行状态良好,为500 kV防风偏复合绝缘子的推广应用提供了借鉴和示范。 As a type of non-synoptic and rotating wind,the typhoon frequently causes the windage yaw trip of tension tower jumper to 500 kV transmission line at coastal areas.A fixed anti-wind yaw composite insulator with variable diameter structure for 500 kV tension tower jumper string is proposed for the first time.The technical parameters,structural type,material selection,connecting fitting and accessories,manufacturing technology of the insulator are systematically analyzed.The stress load characteristics of the anti-wind yaw composite insulator are simulated by establishing a finite element model,and the mechanical and electrical performance tests are carried out,and the reliability of the composite insulator is proved.Considering the adverse factors of excessive load on the end of cross-arm caused by the anti-windage yaw composite insulator,the optimal layout of adding two support trusses in the middle of hanging angle steel is proposed to adjust the stress transmission path and enhance the anti-torsion ability of hanging angle steel.The research shows that the developed anti-wind yaw composite insulator has excellent anti-pollution flashover and anti-windage yaw performance,and can effectively solve the problem of jumper windage yaw flashover caused by typhoon in coastal areas.Relevant products have been applied in a 500 kV transmission line at the coastal area,and the operation is in good condition,which provides reference and demonstration for the popularization and application of 500 kV anti-windage yaw composite insulator.
