摘要
本文通过对炼轧厂4#板坯连铸机浸入式水口浸入深度进行研究分析,研究不同浸入深度对于结晶器内发生铸坯坯壳粘结的影响,在不改变目前保护渣性能的前提下通过调整水口浸入深度,大大降低了粘结频次,杜绝了由于结晶器内铸坯坯壳粘结导致的漏钢事故。
In this paper,the immersion depth of the immersion nozzle of the 4#slab continuous casting machine of steel making and rolling plant is studied and analyzed,and the influence of different immersion depths on the bonding of the casting billet shell in the crystallizer is studied,and the bonding phenomenon is greatly reduced by adjusting the immersion depth of the nozzle,and the steel leakage accident caused by the bonding of the casting blank shell in the mold is eliminated.
