摘要
FAU型分子筛具有六边形环状结构和窗口直径较大的超笼结构,包括孔道和骨架可调节等特点。笼内限域环境可作为客体分子的反应中心,发挥其催化作用,呈现出良好的分子选择性和优异的晶体结构稳定性。文章结合FAU分子筛的离子交换、吸附分离和催化等特性,综述了FAU型分子筛在石油化学工业中若干重要领域的研究进展(如:烷基化、催化裂解、加氢裂化、精细化工合成等),并对FAU型分子筛在石油化学工业中的未来发展做了展望。
The FAU zeolite has hexagonal ring structures and supercage structures with large window diameter,including adjustable pore channels and frameworks.The confined environment in the cage can be used as the reaction center of the guest molecule and play its catalytic role,showing good molecular selectivity and excellent crystal structure stability.Based on the characteristics of ion exchange,adsorption separation and catalysis of FAU molecular sieves,this paper reviews the research progress of FAU molecular sieves in several important fields of petrochemical industry(such as alkylation,catalytic cracking,hydrocracking,fine chemical synthesis,etc.),and the future development of FAU zeolite in the petrochemical industry is prospected.
