2016-2022年河南省开封市城区淡色库蚊对5种杀虫剂抗药性的趋势分析

摘要 目的掌握河南省开封市淡色库蚊对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷和残杀威的抗药性水平和发展趋势,指导科学用药防治淡色库蚊。方法2016-2022年在开封市城区多处采集淡色库蚊卵块,实验室饲养,对3龄末至4龄初试虫采用幼虫浸渍法进行抗药性测定。结果2016-2022年开封市城区淡色库蚊幼虫对氯菊酯的抗性倍数分别为20.46、31.30、13.69、12.68、3.58、11.14和2.72,抗性发展趋势呈现中抗-低抗-中抗-敏感;对溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为52.00、104.50、87.00、43.50、28.50、31.00和23.50,抗性发展趋势呈高抗-中抗;对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为7.90、14.59、5.67、7.38、2.87、2.77和5.49,抗性发展趋势呈现低抗-中抗-低抗-敏感-低抗;对双硫磷的抗性倍数分别为3.20、3.40、3.20、3.00、1.20、1.60和1.80,抗性发展趋势呈低抗-敏感。2019-2022年对残杀威的抗性倍数分别为3.25、1.89、2.36和2.87,抗性发展趋势呈低抗-敏感。结论2016-2022年开封市城区淡色库蚊对5种常用杀虫剂抗性水平整体上呈下降趋势,建议科学合理应用化学杀虫剂,以延缓抗药性进展。 Objective To master the level and development trend of Culex pipiens pallens resistance to permethrin,deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,temephos and propoxur in the urban area of Kaifeng city,and guide scientific use of insecticides for the control of Culex pipiens pallens.Methods From 2016 to 2022,the egg masses of Culex pipiens pallens were collected from several urban areas and bred in the laboratory until the end of the third or the beginning of the fourth instar of Culex pipiens pallens.The level of Culex pipiens pallens resistance to the insecticides was measured by the larvae dipping method.Results In the urban area of Kaifeng city from 2016 to 2022,the ratios of Culex pipiens pallens larvae resistance to permethrin were 20.46,31.30,13.6912.68,3.58,11.14 and 2.72,respectively,the development trend of resistance to permethrin showed moderate resistance-low resistance-moderate resistance sensitivity;the ratios of Culex pipiens pallens larvae resistance to deltamethrin were 52.00.104.50,87.00,43.50,28.50,31.00,23.50,respectively,and the development trend of resistance to deltamethrin was from high resistance to moderate resistance;the resistance ratios of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to beta-cypermethrin were 7.90,14.59,5.67,7.38,2.87,2.77,5.49,respectively,and the development trend of resistance to beta-cypermethrin showed low resistance-moderate resistance-low resistance-sensitivity-low resistance;the ratios of Culex pipiens pallens larvae resistance to temephos were 3.20,3.40,3.20,3.00,1.20,1.60,1.80,respectively,and the development trend of resistance to temephos was from low resistance to sensitivity.The ratios of Culex pipiens pallens larvae resistance to propoxur from 2019 to 2022 were 3.25,1.89,2.36 and 2.87,respectively,and the development trend of resistance to propoxur was from low resistance to sensitivity.Conclusions The levels of Culex pipiens pallens resistance to five commonly used insecticides generally showed a declining trend in Kaifeng city from 2016 to 2022.It is suggested to use chemical insecticides scientifically and rationally in order to delay the development of insecticide resistance.
