摘要
随着我国海绵城市建设的推进,各城市陆续建设大量绿色雨水设施,但对于绿色雨水设施的运维管理目前尚未建立完善的技术标准体系。文章结合西咸新区沣西新城在海绵城市试点建设后对绿色雨水设施运维管理的相关研究和探索,借鉴美国、新西兰等发达国家经验,重点针对绿色雨水设施在设计阶段对运维的考虑、运维管理模式、分级运维方案制定三方面的关键问题进行探讨,以期为推动我国海绵城市建设绿色雨水设施的长效管理提供参考。
With the promotion of sponge city development at home,many green stormwater infrastructures have been constructed in many cities.But the technology system of green stormwater infrastructures operation and maintenance is still not established now.Based on the research and practice of green stormwater infrastructures operation and maintenance in Fengxi new city after the sponge city pilot construction,and combined with the experience in developed countries like the U.S.and New Zealand,three key factors including the design requirements,the model,and the hierarchical plan for green stormwater infrastructures operation and maintenance are analyzed,in order to provide a reference for the promotion of long-term effective management of green stormwater infrastructures in sponge city development.
