农林高校“生物化学”课程思政的探索与实践 被引量:4

Exploration and Practice of“Biochemistry”Curriculum Ideological and Politics in Agricultural and Forestry Universities

摘要 “生物化学”是农林高校农学、园艺、林学与生物学等多个学科专业基础课,是开展课程思政的重要载体,对于培养卓越农林人才,发展农林科技,保障国家粮食安全和生态安全具有重要意义。本文从生物化学的基本原理、生物化学基本技术、生物化学的实践应用、生物化学发展史、生物化学的最新进展、我国科学家取得的最新成果、社会典型负面案例以及网络时事的思政教育需要出发,详细分析了生物化学课程的思政融合点,充分挖掘了课程全部24个课时单元的思政元素。并以“蛋白质空间结构与功能”为例,创新课程思政教学方法,以学生为中心,采取案例教学、翻转课堂、讨论教学和线上线下相结合的混合式教学方法,将思政元素融入到生物化学教学全过程。课程思政调查结果显示,学生对生物化学相关内容“非常关注”的比例提高到70%以上,80%以上的学生提高了学习兴趣,促进了专业学习,学生总成绩平均提高8.5%。其中,平时成绩提高15.6%。学生对课程思政的总体满意度达90%以上,实现了对学生专业知识技能和综合素质能力的协同培养。 “Biochemistry”is a basic professional course of agriculture,forestry,biology and other disciplines in agriculture and forestry universities,and it is an important carrier of ideological and political courses.Carrying out ideological and political biochemistry courses is of great significance for cultivating outstanding agricultural and forestry talents,developing China’s agricultural and forestry science and technology,and ensuring national food security and ecological security.In this paper,we fully excavated the ideological elements in all 24 class units from the basic principles of biochemistry,basic technologies of biochemistry,practical application of biochemistry,development history of biochemistry,the latest progress of biochemistry,the latest achievements of Chinese scientists,and ideological and political education needs for typical negative social cases and network current affairs.With“protein space structure and function”as an example,we innovated course ideological and political teaching methods,with students as the center,using a hybrid teaching methods of case teaching,flipped classroom,discussion and online and offline teaching methods,integrated ideological and political elements into the whole process of biochemistry online and offline teaching.According to the ideological and political survey,the proportion of students“very concerned”about biochemistry related content increased to more than 70%,and more than 80%of students increased their interest in learning and promoted professional learning.The total score of students increased by 8.5%on average,among which,the usual scores increased by 15.6%.Students′overall satisfaction with the ideological and political education of the course has reached more than 90%,so as to realize the collaborative cultivation of students′professional knowledge and skills and comprehensive quality and ability.
