摘要
更年期综合征(climacteric syndrome,CLS)是指女性绝经前后因卵巢功能衰竭、雌激素水平骤降或波动而引起的一系列以植物神经功能紊乱为主的症候群,临床上常表现为月经紊乱、潮热阵汗、烦躁易怒、心悸失眠、面浮肢肿等,并伴有精神、神经异常症状,又称围绝经期综合征,若久病不愈则严重影响患者工作生活及身心健康。近年来,传统中医药常被用于治疗更年期综合征,其中纯天然植物加工而成的香芍颗粒疗效显著,具有临床研究和应用的价值。本研究通过查阅文献,总结中西医对更年期综合征的认识,香芍颗粒的方药组成、作用机制和临床应用,以及香芍颗粒对阴虚肝旺型更年期综合征的疗效,以期为后续研究香芍颗粒以及更年期综合征的临床治疗提供参考。
Climacteric syndrome(CLS)refers to a series of syndromes mainly caused by autonomic nervous dysfunction before and after menopause due to ovarian failure and sudden drop or fluctuation of estrogen level.Clinically,it is often manifested as menstrual disorders,hot flashes,irritability,palpitation,insomnia,swelling of floating limbs,etc.,accompanied by abnormal symptoms of mental and neurological,also known as“menopausal syndrome”,and protracted course of the disease will seriously affect the patient′s life and health.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has been commonly used to treat climacteric syndrome,among which xiangshao granules processed from pure natural plants have significant therapeutic effects and have clinical research and application value.Through literature review,this study summarized the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on climacteric syndrome,the composition,mechanism of action and clinical application of xiangshao granules,and the efficacy of xiangshao granules on climacteric syndrome with the symptom of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,in order to provide reference for subsequent research on xiangshao granules and clinical treatment of climacteric syndrome.
