摘要
目的探讨饮食护理联合心理干预在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院80例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施饮食护理联合心理干预,比较两组的负性情绪、护理满意度、护理效果及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组心理功能、躯体功能、日常生活、社会功能评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫肌瘤患者实施饮食护理联合心理干预,不仅可以提高患者生活质量,还能降低其负性情绪,患者满意度高,护理效果显著。
Objective To explore the application effect of dietary nursing combined with psychological intervention in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received dietary nursing combined with psychological intervention.The negative emotions,nursing satisfaction,nursing effectiveness,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing care,the scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than that of the control group(77.50%),with a statistically significant difference(P<o.o5);After nursing,the scores of psychological function,physical function,daily life,and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing dietary care combined with psychological intervention for patients with uterine fibroids can not only improve their quality of life,but also reduce their negative emotions.Patient satisfaction is high,and the nursing effect is significant.
