摘要
目的:系统评价口服转移因子联合第二代抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹患者的疗效和安全性。方法:利用计算机检索EMBASE、Cochrane图书馆对照试验资料库、PubMed、万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、维普信息资源系统,检索时间从数据库建立到2021年6月9日,检索关于口服转移因子联合第二代抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹的文章,语言为英语或汉语。采用RevMan 5.3统计软件对符合入选标准的文献进行系统评价。结果:共纳入11篇文献,包含1073例患者。荟萃分析结果显示,单独应用抗组胺药组和联合用药组治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效率比较,差异有统计学意义[OR(95%CI)=3.25(2.46,4.30),P<0.01],不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义[OR(95%CI)=0.71(0.42,1.22),P>0.05]。结论:与单纯应用抗组胺药相比,口服转移因子联合第二代抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹患者有效率更高,无明显不良反应发生,且药物成本低。
Objective:Systematic evaluation of the efficacy and safety of oral transfer factors combined with second-generation antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:The computer was used to search EMBASE,Cochrane Library Controlled Trials Repository,PubMed,Wanfang Database,China Journal Full Text Database,and Wipu Information Resource System for articles on oral transfer factor combined with second-generation antihistamines for the treatment of chronic urticaria from the time the database was created until June 9,2021,in English or Chinese.RevMan 5.3 statistical software was used to systematically evaluate the literature that met the inclusion criteria.Results:A total of 11 papers containing 1073 patients were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the effectiveness rate of chronic urticaria when comparing the antihistamine application alone group and the combination group[OR(95%CI)=3.25(2.46,4.30),P<0.01].The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant[OR(95%CI)=0.71(0.42,1.22),P>0.05].Conclusion:Compared with the application of antihistamines alone,oral transfer factors combined with second-generation antihistamines are more effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria,without the occurrence of significant adverse effects,and the cost of the drug is low.
