摘要
间充质干细胞(MSCs)具有多种功能,如多向分化、自我更新等,在靶向受体细胞、促进血管生成、抵抗炎症等方面具有重要作用,可有效应用于多种疾病的临床治疗。而MSCs来源的外泌体(MSCs-Exo)不但具有MSCs的基本功能,同时,其存储更加容易,成为近年学术界的研究热点。基于此,本文对MSCs-exo的特征及作用机制进行综述。
Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have various functions,such as multidirectional differentiation,self-renewal,etc.They play an important role in targeting receptor cells,promoting angiogenesis,and resisting inflammation,and can be effectively used for clinical treatment of various diseases.The mesenchymal stem cells-derived exosome(MSCs-Exo)not only possess the basic functions of MSCs,but also make their storage easier,becoming a research hotspot in the academic community in recent years.Based on this,this article reviews the characteristics and mechanism of action of MSCs-Exo.
