摘要
目的:分析日本光电全自动血细胞分析仪MEK-8222k对静脉血检验与末梢血检验的结果与差异。方法:将2022年5月~2023年5月本院接收的健康体检者60例作为本次观察对象,所有人员均需采取日本光电全自动血细胞分析仪MEK-8222k下的静脉血与末梢血检验,比较分析血样检测结果,同时分析不同时段下的血样检测结果。结果:在采取相同技术检测后,静脉血组平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、白细胞计数、平均红细胞体积(MCV)明显低于末梢组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血小板计数、红细胞计数对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);即刻检验下,两组血样检测结果均无显著差异(P>0.05),放置6h后,静脉血组MCH、MCHC、白细胞、MCV更低(P<0.05),两组血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血小板计数、红细胞计数对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:日本光电全自动血细胞分析仪MEK-8222k能够在静脉血及末梢血检验中获得良好的检验效果,但末梢血与静脉血检验结果有一定的出入,对此,在检验过程中可结合各项指标精确度要求等选择更合理的血样采集方式。
Objective:To analyze the results and differences of venous blood test and peripheral blood test by Japanese photoelectric automatic blood cell analyzer MEK8222k.Methods:60 cases of healthy physical examination patients received in our hospital in the past year(from May 2022 to May 2023)were taken as the observation objects.All of them were required to take venous blood and peripheral blood tests under the Japanese photoelectric automatic blood cell analyzer MEK-8222k,compare and analyze the blood test results,and analyze the blood test results under different periods.Results:After using the same technique,the mean RBC hemoglobin content(MCH),RBC hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),white blood cell count(WBC)and mean RBC volume(MCV)in venous blood group were significantly lower than those in peripheral group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hemoglobin(Hb),erythrocyte specific volume(HCT),platelet count(PLT)and erythrocyte count(RBC)between the two groups(P>0.05).After immediate examination,there were no significant differences in blood test results between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6h of placement,MCH,MCHC,WBC and MCV in venous blood group were lower(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in Hb,HCT,PLT and RBC between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Japanese photoelectric automatic blood cell analyzer MEK-8222k can obtain good test results in venous blood and peripheral blood,but there are certain differences between the peripheral blood and venous blood test results.Therefore,a more reasonable blood sample collection method can be selected according to the accuracy requirements of various indicators in the test process.
