摘要
目的 了解沂水县近6年人间布病的流行病学特征,为制订本县布病防控措施提供依据。方法 采用描述性流行病学方法对沂水县2016—2021年人间布病疫情资料进行分析。结果 沂水县2016—2021年共报告病例84例,其中男性60例(71.43%),女性24例(28.57%),发病率分别为1.65/10万,0.69/10万,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.679,P<0.001);0~17岁年龄组4例(4.8%),发病率为0.26/10万;18~34岁组10例(11.9%),发病率为0.68/10万;35~59岁组48例(57.1%),发病率为1.84/10万;≥60岁组22例(26.2%),发病率为1.44/10万,不同年龄组发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);职业以农民(78例)为主,占总发病数的92.86%。发病月份以5月份(12例)最多,3—5月和11月发病43例,占总发病数的51.20%。结论 2016—2019年沂水县人间布病发病率总体平稳,2020年、2021年发病率有所上升,发病人群及职业分布存在差异,应采取联防联控措施,有效遏制布病疫情上升态势。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Yishui County in the past six years,so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of brucellosis in this county.Methods A descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemiological data of human brucellosis in Yishui County from 2016 to 2021.Results A total of 84 cases were reported in Yishui County from 2016 to 2021,including 60 males(71.43%)and 24 females(28.57%),with incidence rates of 1.65/105 and 0.69/105,respectively,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=13.679,P<0.001).There were 4 cases(4.8%)in the age group of 0-17 years old,and the incidence rate was 0.26/105;there were 10 cases(11.9%)in the 18-34 years old group,and the incidence rate was 0.68/105;there were 48 cases(57.1%)in the 35-59 years old group,with an incidence rate of 1.84/105;there were 22 cases(26.2%)in the≥60 years old group,with an incidence rate of 1.44/105,and the incidence rates among different age groups were statistically significant(P<0.001).The occupation was mainly farmers(78 cases),accounting for 92.86%of the total number of cases.May(12 cases)was the most common month,and 43 cases occurred from March to May and November,accounting for 51.20%of the total number of cases.Conclusion From 2016 to 2019,the incidence of human brucellosis in Yishui County is generally stable,but the incidence increases in 2020 and 2021,and there are differences in the distributions among the incidence populations and occupations,so joint prevention and control measures should be taken to effectively curb the rise of brucellosis epidemic.
