摘要
目的探究糖尿病肾病检查与诊断中血清胱抑素C(Cystatin C,Cys-C)、视黄醇结合蛋白(retinol binding protein,RBP)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-micro globulin,β2-MG)联合检验的作用。方法选取2022年1月—2023年3月山东省泗水县人民医院收治的96例糖尿病肾病、96例2型糖尿病和96例健康体检者为研究对象,分别设为糖尿病肾病组、2型糖尿病组、健康体检组,其中糖尿病肾病组按照病情严重程度分为正常蛋白尿组(n=40)、微量蛋白尿组(n=30)、大量蛋白尿组(n=26),均检测Cys-C、RBP、β2-MG,统计比较各组的检测结果,进一步分析蛋白尿水平和三项检验指标的相关性。结果糖尿病肾病组的Cys-C、RBP、β2-MG水平高于2型糖尿病组、健康体检组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大量蛋白尿组的Cys-C、RBP、β2-MG水平高于微量蛋白尿组、正常蛋白尿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),相关性分析显示,不同蛋白尿水平和Cys-C、RBP、β2-MG具有正相关关系(r=0.897、0.884、0.845,P<0.001)。结论Cys-C、RBP、β2-MG联合检验可在糖尿病肾病临床检验中发挥显著作用。
Objective To explore the role of serum cystatin C(Cys-C),retinol binding protein(RBP)andβ2-micro-globulin(β2-MG)combined test in the examination and diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 96 pa-tients of diabetic nephropathy,96 patients of type 2 diabetes and 96 patients of healthy physical examination patients admitted to Sishui County People's Hospital Shandong Province from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into diabetic nephropathy group,type 2 diabetes group and health physical examination group,respectively.Among them,diabetic nephropathy group was divided into normal albuminuria group(n=40),microalbuminuria group(n=30)and macroalbuminuria group(n=26)according to the severity of the disease.Blood samples were collected to detect Cys-C,RBP andβ2-MG.The test results of each group were statistically com-pared,and the correlation between the level of proteinuria and the three test indexes was further analyzed.Results The levels of Cys-C,RBP andβ2-MG in diabetic nephropathy group were higher than those in type 2 diabetes group and healthy physical examination group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Cys-C,RBP andβ2-MG in macroalbuminuria group were higher than those in microalbuminuria group and normal albumin-uria group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that different albumin-uria levels were positively correlated with Cys-C,RBP andβ2-MG(r=0.897,0.884,0.845,P<0.001).Conclusion The combined test of Cys-C,RBP andβ2-MG can play a significant role in the clinical examination of diabetic ne-phropathy.
